The RecallPlus program is part of a suite of programs called the NextGenerationSuite. The following document refers to RecallPlus as part of this suite.
You use the NEXTGENERATIONSUITE at your own risk.
The NextGenerationSuite Program is to be understood to include subprograms. These subprograms include the NextMR Program, the Computer Assisted Triage Program and the RECALLPLUS Program.
EvolutionCode Pty Ltd, uses Editors/Authors to provide content for the NextGenerationSuite. These personelle are to be considered agents of EvolutionCode Pty Ltd, and as such are to be understood as being covered by the comments below.
The Sites
While EvolutionCode Pty Ltd has taken care in the preparation of the NextGenerationSuite and has sought to provide a functional and convenient means of providing portable patient medical records, a prototype Computer Assisted Triage Program, and a useful, educational tool. EvolutionCode Pty Ltd does not represent or warrant that the content of the websites will be error-free, or that the software is error free, virus free or that errors will be corrected (although it is EvolutionCode Pty Ltd æs intention to improve the software and to correct any defects where reasonable).
Content of the Software
EvolutionCode Pty Ltd does not represent or warrant that the information available on or through the NextGenerationSuite is error-free, correct, current and complete. You are advised to satisfy yourself as to the correctness, completeness and usefulness of the content of NextGenerationSuite, in particular the patient information stored on the NextGenerationSuite, the information provided by the Computer Assisted Triage Program and the information provided by the RECALLPLUS data files. It is not intended, whether expressly or implicitly, that a person rely upon the content, including any form of information provided, without further professional consultation or independent consideration.
Without limiting the above provisions, the NEXTGENERATIONSUITE is provided on an ôas isö, ôas availableö basis. To the maximum extent permissible by law, EvolutionCode Pty Ltd expressly disclaims all warranties, including the warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non- infringement of third party intellectual property rights. EvolutionCode Pty Ltd also disclaims all responsibility for any injury, claim, liability, loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) arising from, or in any way related to: a) your use of THE NEXTGENERATIONSUITE, or b) your use and reliance on the information obtained from the NEXTGENERATIONSUITE, irrespective of whether this information is incorrect due to the negligence of EvolutionCode Pty Ltd or its agents, (see above), any errors or omissions from the software and its content, or your link to third party sites accessed through the software.
The NEXTGENERATIONSUITE is accessible outside Australia.
EvolutionCode Pty Ltd makes no representation or warranty that the contents of, or the performance of, the NEXTGENERATIONSUITE comply with the laws (including intellectual property laws) of any country outside of Australia. If you access and use the NEXTGENERATIONSUITE outside Australia, you are solely responsible for your use of the software being in compliance with the relevant local law where you are located.
